Workplace Assessments

Identifying appropriate workplace adjustments can be challenging for organisations and individuals, but we specialise in this.

Using our extensive experience, we facilitate open and positive discussions to explore the impact of an individual’s disability or long-term condition on their job role and recommend clear and practical solution focused adjustments and enabling strategies.

How does a workplace assessment help your business?

We specialise in neurodiversity, mental health and unseen or hidden disabilities and long-term conditions. Taking a strengths-based approach we enable team members to be at their best, minimising the potential for misunderstanding or conflict and offering a positive, solution focused way forward for the organisation and individual.

We support Human Resources, Occupational Health teams, DEI Managers and Line Managers with specialist advice and work collaboratively with a range of trusted partners to offer an end-to-end solution focused approach to source and implementing recommendations made.

Recommendations around reasonable adjustments from an objective, experienced disability practitioner can support the organisation in the fulfilment of its legal duty and manage risk.

How does a workplace assessment work?

A workplace assessment can be arranged at any point. You may have a new team member who has shared a disability or long-term condition and you would like support to set them up for success. Or a team member may share a disability or long-term condition upon encountering certain barriers or experiencing challenges in the workplace.

We can also support in more complex scenarios where absence or performance management processes have been instigated. Our supportive and solution focused approach will seek to find a positive way forward for all stakeholders.
