What we do
We support Senior Leaders, Human Resources and People teams, Talent Attraction and Occupational Health teams, DEI Managers and Line Managers with specialist advice and work collaboratively with a range of trusted partners to offer an end-to-end solution focused approach to source and implementing recommendations made.
We work across all disabilities and long-term conditions, but particularly specialise in neurodiversity, mental health, and hidden or unseen conditions and disabilities (such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and Crohn’s).
